  • Only build default stub if actually building wolfprovider (and not on --clean)
  • Move build_default_stub to utils-wolfprovider.sh and rename to install_default_stub for consistency with openssl and wolfssl builds
  • Use empty params lists in wp_default_stub.c to prevent need for pre-cloning OpenSSL
  • Use pushd and popd to not have to track the original paths
